An intimate winter wedding celebration for Mike and Maggie hosted in the warmth of their home during the height of Covid, after the couple made the difficult decision to cancel their original wedding plans. In place of a larger celebration, they created a deeply personal evening centered around closeness, comfort, and meaningful connection with their nearest family and friends. The event embraced a romantic, understated elegance that transformed the home into a candlelit winter escape filled with warmth and emotion.
A lush garland installation by Fleur Chicago swept dramatically down the length of the dining table, layered with ample candlelight and soft seasonal textures to create an atmosphere that felt both timeless and deeply personal. The celebration focused on the beauty of intimacy — heartfelt conversation, shared meals, and the magic of gathering together during an unforgettable moment in time.
