After postponing their original celebration during COVID and exchanging vows in an intimate ceremony, Annelise and Joel finally gathered their loved ones for the wedding they had always envisioned. Set atop the rooftop at Bixi Beer on a perfect June day in Chicago, the celebration was a reflection of their vibrant spirit and unwavering love story.
Inspired by the bride’s vision of “tropical goth,” lush greenery, moody florals, and rich textures created a setting that felt both unexpected and deeply personal. Surrounded by family, friends, and the city they love, the day was a beautiful reminder that some celebrations are worth the wait.
