Some weddings hold a special place in your heart, and Erika and Jasmine’s was one of those celebrations for me. Erika was a close coworker and one of the very first people to trust me with such an important chapter of her life, making this wedding especially meaningful from the very beginning.

Set against the artistic backdrop of Floating World Gallery in Chicago, the day was filled with warmth, intention, and so much love. Soft mauves and crisp whites created a romantic atmosphere that felt both elegant and effortless, while family and friends gathered around tables overflowing with Southern comfort food from Dinner Belle Chicago.

What I remember most is the feeling in the room—joyful, genuine, and deeply personal. Every detail reflected Erika and Jasmine’s love story, creating a celebration that felt less like an event and more like a heartfelt gathering of the people who mattered most. Being entrusted with their wedding remains one of the greatest honors of my career and a reminder of why I love creating meaningful experiences for others.
